All other tests wait for scheduling to occur before verifying
the results. Even for 100% busy threads, they are first
round robined between cores.
In some edge cases, if threads are created right at the
end of the scheduling period - they will be 100% busy.
Yet due to low busy_tsc it will be deemed that two of such threads
can be placed on single core. To prevent that a few
full scheduling periods have to be observed.
Thus added sleep for 10 scheduling periods before verifying
the results, similar to other test cases in this file.
While here increased the sleep time between samples to
match the scheduling period. With 1 sec default scheduling period,
no change would occur between two 0.5 sec samples.

Calculation of the ANA log page size should use the
identify ctrl MNAN field
(maximum number of allowed namespaces)
not the NN (maximum valid nsid value).
An ANA-enabled controller must have a non-zero MNAN value,
see NVMe Base Specification, Figure 251,
therefore nvme_ctrlr_init_ana_log_page() may safely use MNAN.
Since NN might be much higher than MNAN,
ANA log size based on NN may results in a very large
log page and cause a failure to get ANA log,
e.g. if it is larger than the controller's MDTS.
Fix: replace cdata->nn with cdata->mnan

CONNECT req's resp, the req may have not been finished in sock_check_zcopy,
although its resp has been received and processed, which means the
tcp_req->ordering.bits.send_ack is still 0 and the status->done still
is false. And after the req is completed in sock_check_zcopy, we need
to poll this qpair again to make the state enter CONNECTED.
And if icreq's resp received and processed before nvme_tcp_send_icreq_complete

There are a few places we can replace existing license
text with SPDX license identifiers, that did not match
the auto-replacement script in the previous patch.

Many open source projects have moved to using SPDX identifiers
to specify license information, reducing the amount of
boilerplate code in every source file. This patch replaces
the bulk of SPDK .c, .cpp and Makefiles with the BSD-3-Clause
identifier.
Almost all of these files share the exact same license text,
and this patch only modifies the files that contain the
most common license text. There can be slight variations
because the third clause contains company names - most say
"Intel Corporation", but there are instances for Nvidia,
Samsung, Eideticom and even "the copyright holder".
Used a bash script to automate replacement of the license text
with SPDX identifier which is checked into scripts/spdx.sh.

Remove output directory argument for core-collector.sh when
setting system core_pattern. Instead save the full output
directory path into a file to a known location and read it
directly in core-collector.sh.
The reason for this change is 128 bytes command line length
for core_pattern (see 'man core 5'). In case working with
long paths the core_pattern command line gets truncated and
core dumps are not generated.
