Shuhei Matsumoto	ce2e68289b	copy/ioat: Add scan_ioat_copy_engine RPC ... Add an new RPC, scan_ioat_copy_engine, to scan IOATs for copy engine dynamically. This patch is to keep compatibility to current config file.
