by default disallows multiple SPDK applications
from running on overlapping CPU masks.
This test was overlooked during initial adjustment
of CPU masks in our scripts. This patch aims to remedy
that issue.

bdevperf application is utilized in multiple test scenarios
and most prominently in SPDK performance reports.
Similar to perf and fio_plugins, it is used to measure performance.
It is intended to represent the expected behavior of users
application that use SPDK bdev layer.
Applications under --enable-tests are intended for specific test
scenarios and user interaction is usually via a test scripts.
Meanwhile --enable-examples are used more broadly to teach and
show usage of SPDK libraries.
As an added benefit with this patch, its possible to compile
bdevperf without need to satisfy additional requirements to
compile all the test applications.

When running SPDK application on a given set of
CPU cores, create lock files for each of them.
This wil prevent user misconfiguration and
assigning a core to more than one SPDK instance.
The introduced mechanism is based on device locks
implemented in spdk_pci_device_claim() function.
Add a command line option to disable lock files.
This feature will be useful in cases where differing
CPU cores is impossible (eg. setup with only one core
available).
The patch also fixes all existing cases of overlapping
core masks.

provide useful information, are much harder to

Since we provide trace group names anyway, bit masks
are excessive.
Change --tpoint-group-mask parameter name to
--tpoint-group, because we do not provide
bit masks anymore.
Drop "default" tpoint group mask from help text,
since it does not enable any tracepoints and

From SAM-4, section 5.13 (Sense Data);
“When a command terminates with a CHECK CONDITION status, sense data shall be returned
in the same I_T_L_Q nexus transaction (see 3.1.50) as the CHECK CONDITION status. After
the sense data is returned, it shall be cleared except when it is associated with a unit
attention condition and the UA_INTLCK_CTRL field in the Control mode page (see SPC-4)
contains 10b or 11b.”
SPDK does not set UA_INTLCK_CTRL to 10b or 11b, so we set the unit attention condition
immediately against a single IO or Admin IO after reporting it via a CHECK CONDITION.
Once the failed IO received at iSCSI initiator side, it will be retried. In the case of
resize operation, if there is no IO from iSCSI initiator side, the unit attention
condition will be delayed to report until the first IO is received at the iSCSI target
side.
Meanwhile, we clear the resizing (newly added) flag on our SCSI LUN structure after
first time we report the resize unit attention condition.
The kernel initiator won’t actually resize the corresponding block device automatically.
It will report a uevent, and then you can set up udev rules to trigger a rescan. SPDK
iSCSI initiator will automatically report the LUN size change.

Run two iSCSI target applications, the first application has a
public portal 10.0.0.1:3260 and the second application has a private
portal 10.0.0.3:3260.
Each application creates a target which has the corresponding portal
and a NULL bdev. The NULL bdev has the same configuration between
two applications.
By using NULL bdev, we do not have to worry about shared storage.
Then move between two portals by using temporary login redirection
function.
We tried to differentiate only TCP port but such idea did not work
with the popular iSCSI initiator, open-iscsi.

To test iSCSI login redirection feature, we need multiple IP addresses
for target application. Furthermore, it is nice if multiple iSCSI
target applications run.
This patch creates such network virtually using veth device and
ether bridge but keeps compatibility even after this patch.
Create three veth interface pairs and one bridge. One pair is for
initiator and two pairs are for targets, and all pairs are
added to the same bridge.
Create two network namespaces for targets and add one pair to
the first namespace and add another pair to the second namespace.
Namespace is not created for initiator.
Necessary connectivity is tested using ping after creation.
iSCSI login redirection test code will follow.

Previously free connections had been managed by g_conns_array,
and allocate_conn() gets the lowest free connection. This had worked
almost as LIFO, and the just freed connection had been reused
immediately to the new connection.
Using TAILQ makes management of free connections FIFO, and this will
be more intuitive and simpler, and avoid potential issues due to the
fact that we do not know the state INVALID is the current connection
or the current connection is exited and the new connection is allocated.
This patch includes following updates.
Remove the test condition that the connection ID should be zero.
Connection ID is used as Target Transfer Tag (TTT) and TTT is opaque
number. Hence requiring connection ID to be zero is not meaningful.
iscsi_conn_free() calls free_conn() while holding g_conns_mutex, but
iscsi_conn_construct() does not call free_conn() without holding
g_conns_mutex. Hence add g_conns_mutex to the latter.
