This patch removes hardcoded compressdev code from the
vbdev module and instead uses the accel_fw. The port required
a few changes based on how things are plumbed and accessed,
nothing that isn't be too obscure. CI tests were updated to
run ISAL accel_fw module as well as DPDK compressdev with QAT.
Unit tests for the new module will follow in a separate patch.

per Intel policy to include file commit date using git cmd
below. The policy does not apply to non-Intel (C) notices.
git log --follow -C90% --format=%ad --date default <file> | tail -1
and then pull just the year from the result.
Intel copyrights were not added to files where Intel either had
no contribution ot the contribution lacked substance (ie license
header updates, formatting changes, etc)
For intel copyrights added, --follow and -C95% were used.

bdevperf application is utilized in multiple test scenarios
and most prominently in SPDK performance reports.
Similar to perf and fio_plugins, it is used to measure performance.
It is intended to represent the expected behavior of users
application that use SPDK bdev layer.
Applications under --enable-tests are intended for specific test
scenarios and user interaction is usually via a test scripts.
Meanwhile --enable-examples are used more broadly to teach and
show usage of SPDK libraries.
As an added benefit with this patch, its possible to compile
bdevperf without need to satisfy additional requirements to
compile all the test applications.

rpc_cmd function does not tolerate piping arguments into it,
so code execution skips the parts responsible for generating
a return code. The code is equal to nothing or "", which then
is compared with a value, ultimately erroring out the whole test.
To avoid these problems restore rpc_py varible declaration
in multiconnection.sh and ext4test.sh scripts.
Additionally added a comment in compress.sh to match ext4test.sh
and multiconnection.sh.

Change rpc_py to use rpc_cmd function.
The former needs to be defined explicitly in the scripts
that uses function, while the latter is a function
already available in autotest_common.sh.
Additionally delete unnecessary rpc_py declarations
and override rpc_cmd where additional arguments are
needed (like -s sock_name.sock).

A recent change to the bdevio test changed one of the
tests from a 30x4K IO to a 30xLBA IO.
This has started giving us nightly test failures (see
issue #2499). It is because now the 30 * LBA (512B)
is 15KB which all fits within one 16KiB reduce chunk,
yet we only allocate REDUCE_MAX_IOVS
(17) iovs per reduce IO context. Previously when
they were 4KiB each, we would only need 4 iovecs
(16KiB / 4KiB).
We may need to think through this a bit more, to
make this more dynamic (based on the chunk size
and underlying block size), but for now let's at
least increase this enough to handle the most
common 16KiB chunk / 512B LBA case.
While here, run bdevio as part of per-patch testing,
that would have helped us catch this issue before the
a6e022463 patch got merged.
Fixes#2499.

gen_nvme.sh will no longer generate the legacy configuration.
"--json" option will still work for any current users of the script.
Tests were modified to no longer use the "--json" option.
Meanwhile others were simplified with switch to "--json-with-subsystems".

To specify the desired logical block size. Must be 4K or 512.
If no block size is provided a default of 0 means to use the
underlying bdev block size. For cases where something other
than 4K or 512 is desired, format the underlying device
accordingly and don't specify a logical block size on creation
of the compress vol.

This will allow to test parts of compress bdev on systems
that do not have all types of PMDs.
Once case if for testing in VMs.
For reference on changes in execution time. Current times:
Per-patch = 8 seconds
Nightly = 84 seconds
Running the script twice in this patch, most likely doubles the time.
It is not an issue in per-patch, but if increasing nightly times is blocking
different solution could be done here.

This shouldn't be necessary - the RPCs shouldn't complete until the
bdevs are fully created. But testing a theory as to why another patch is
failing.

This script additionally checks that the device is bound to
uio or vfio, so it won't let the test wipe your boot disk.

Per patch and nightly tests will run on both QAT and ISAL. If
a test is specified to run on QAT and it's not available it
will fail, same with ISAL.

Will execute short run per patch, longer nightly. This
path only covers the ISAL PMD as there are QAT upgrades
needed in CI. It does so by using the new 'perform_tests'
RPC in both bdevio and bdevperf.
