It makes it possible for the user to specify whether a transport should
try to use zero-copy to execute requests when possible.

Currently if we remove a listener from a subsystem, we
disconnect *all* qpairs that have the same transport ID
as the listener being removed.
Fix that, since we should only disconnect qpairs from
controllers associated with the subsystem that had the
listener removed.

Not every transport requires accept poller - transport specific
layer can have its own policy and way of handling new connection.
APIs to notify generic layer are already in place
- spdk_nvmf_poll_group_add
- spdk_nvmf_tgt_new_qpair
Having accept poller removed should simplify interrupt mode impl
in transport specific layer.

SPDK nvmf target reports all listeners on all subsystems
in discovery pages, kernel target reports only subsystems
listening on a port where discovery command is received.
NVMEoF specification allows to specify any addresses/
transport types. Ch 5: The set of Discovery Log entries should
include all applicable addresses on the same fabric as the
Discovery Service and may include addresses on other fabrics.
To align SPDK and kernel targets behaviour, add filtering
rules to allow flexible configuration of what should be
listed in discovery log page entries.

nvmf_subsystem_get_qpairs RPC handler may cause the program
could not exit normally (e.g. ctrl c). Reason is that,
spdk_get_io_channel() will be called during the getting
qpairs stream, which will add refcount value for each
existing channel. When end target, channel cannot be
destroyed since refcount be added additionally and
its value could not be subtracted to 0. As a result,
the program will hang in the process of exiting.
So here we don't need to allocate a new channel, just use
the exist one.

An error might occur after succesful transport creation
when the new transport is added to nvmf poll groups, e.g.
in nvmf_transport_poll_group_create. In that case
transport is not detroyed and poll groups are not fully
functional. To correct this behaviour, destroy transport if
spdk_nvmf_tgt_add_transport fails. Also update nvmf_tgt
initialization step to check that all poll groups were
created.

When a subsystem is being deleted, we disconnect all qpairs
and when the last qpair for some controller is disconnected,
we start controller desctruction process. This process requires
to send a message to subsystem's thread to remove the controller
from the list in the subsystem and after that send a message to
controller's thread to release resources.
The problem is that the subsystem also destroys all attached
controllers. This order is unpredictable and we may get
heap-use-after-free or double free.
To fix this problem we can rely on the fact that the subsystem
can only be destroyed in incative state, that means that all
qpairs linked to the subsystem are already disconnected and
all controllers are already destroyed or in the process of
destruction.
spdk_nvmf_subsystem_destroy API is now can be asyncrhonous,
it accepts a callback with cb argument.

Refine ANA state from per subsystem listener to per subsystem listener
per ANA group.
Add an array of ANA state per ANA group to subsystem listener. The array is
indexed by ANA group ID - 1.
Then in I/O paths, we get ANA state by
ctrlr->listener->ana_state[ns->anagrpid - 1].
The NVMe specification indicates the existence of NVM subsystem specific
ANA state when FFFFFFFFh is specified as NSID for the Get Features
and the Set Features commands. For these, we return the optimized state.
Update the nvmf_subsystem_get_listeners RPC to return all ANA states
of the underlying ANA groups. The nvmf_subsystem_get_listeners RPC is
not matured and not used in the test code yet. Hence compatibility is
not high priority.

We could not restore the setting of ana_reporting because it was not
included in the JSON config dump.
Add the parameter ana_reporting into JSON config dump by adding and
using a new helper function nvmf_subsystem_get_ana_reporting().
Besides, previously the JSON RPC nvmf_subsystem_get_listeners had
ana_state regardless of the value of ana_reporting. We make it
conditional in this patch. The JSON RPC nvmf_subsystem_get_listeners
had not been used in the test code in the repository. Hence this
change will be acceptable.

Add {min,max}_cntlid to spdk_nvmf_subsystem, defaulting to 1 and
0xFFEF, respectively, and add nvmf_subsystem_set_cntlid_range() to
allow the controller range to be configured in the range [min_cntlid,
max_cntlid].
Also add {min,max}_cntlid to the nvmf_create_subsystem RPC to allow
the controller ID range to be specified when creating an nvmf
subsystem.

nvmf_subsystem_remove_listener RPC handler may fail to remove
the listener (e.g. it doesn't exist) but in eror case we
spdk_nvmf_transport_stop_listen_async and send an error
response. In a completion callback passed to
spdk_nvmf_transport_stop_listen_async we try to send a
response again but the response handler had already been
released and we dereference a NULL pointer.
The fix is to skip spdk_nvmf_transport_stop_listen_async
in error case and continue with the subsystem resuming.

This change refactors the way nvmf_get_stats RPC works.
The RPC layer passes JSON write context to custom dump function defined within transport ops.
The RPC layer no longer needs to know the structure of transport poll group statictics.
Functions and structures used in the previous flow have been deprecated and will be removed.
JSON returned for RDMA transport should be the same as before this change.

Additionally, the user can specify a namespace to also pause during the
operation.
This allows for the management of hosts, listeners, and the addition of
namespaces all while I/O to other namespaces is occurring. Pausing a
specific namespace also allows for the removal of that namespace without
impacting I/O to other namespaces in the subsystem.

There are transport types like vfio-user or fc for which this field is
optional so there is no need to explicitly specify it for the add
listener rpc. Still validation of this filed is preserved for rdma and

There is an issue with the desing here i.e. lifetime of the subsystem
opts shall be associated with the subsystem but the transport specific
layer is not having any notification about that. As an alternative to
the transport specific subsystem opts listener interface was extended
in a previous commit.

With new spdk_nvmf_transport_listen function it should be possible to
add generic options without breaking API/ABI. For now it only delivers
json parameters which can be decoded on a transport specific layer.
This is similar to what was done for spdk_nvmf_transport_create and opts there.

We were using the stringified trtype which will always just print "CUSTOM" for pluggable transport
types. It is better to use the trstring since it will exactly print the transport name as requested.

There is a public API spdk_nvmf_qpair_get_listen_trid() and it can
get trid of the specified qpair safely for any transport including
pluggable transports.
The API was overlooked when implementing the multipath feature for
NVMe-oF target. trid pointer was added to struct spdk_nvmf_qpair and
was used to find a subsystem listener.
However, pluggable transports got seg. fault because trid of the
qpair was not set.
To avoid such segmentation fault for any transport, change
nvmf_ctrlr_create() to use spdk_nvmf_qpair_get_listen_trid().
The struct spdk_nvmf_qpair is located in the public header file,
and so leave the added trid for now. It will be deprecated eventually.

There are more transport on the way and we don't want to add
all their various opts into the single, generic structure.
We'll pass the JSON structure to transports instead. Then
the transport code can custom pull from the JSON any param
it wants.
To complement that, transports will now also have their own
JSON config dump callback. This was only done in the generic
nvmf.c so far, with conditions for RDMA and TCP.

Add an new API spdk_nvmf_subsystem_add_ns_ext() to pass not bdev but
bdev_name to fix the race condition due to the time gap between
spdk_bdev_get_by_name() and spdk_bdev_open(). A pointer to a bdev is
valid only while the bdev is opened.
spdk_bdev_open() has been replaced by spdk_bdev_open_ext() but the
issue still existed.
Update the corresponding unit tests accordingly.
Then replace the internal of spdk_nvmf_subsystem_add_ns() by
spdk_nvmf_subsystem_add_ns_ext() call.

Add an new RPC, nvmf_subsystem_listener_set_ana_state.
Find the specified subsystem listener, and then set the ANA state
of the listener by calling nvmf_subsystem_listener_set_ana_state().
By adding a string and an enum to the existing context structure,
nvmf_rpc_listener_ctx, and adding an operation type to the existng
enum, nvmf_rpc_listen_op, reuse the existing code and data as much
as possible.
Besides, insert line break into a few long lines and fix wrong
error log.

Add an new RPC, nvmf_subsystem_get_listeners.
ANA state is per listener and per subsystem, and is stored in
subsystem listener. We can return ANA state by the existing
nvmf_get_subsystems RPC but it's confusing that listen addresses
have ANA states.
To change ANA state, we will provide a RPC to change ANA state of
only one selected subsystem listener.
To query ANA state, it will be convenient to get ANA states of all
listeners of one selected subsystem.

Add an new RPC, nvmf_subsystem_get_qpairs to retrieve the list of
qpairs of an NVMe-oF subsystem.
This RPC will be usable to verify if NVMe ANA works.
Pause and resume the subsystem to access the qpairs safely.
One subtle issue remains. The JSON RPC returns success even if
resuming the subsystem fails. Write FIXME to address this.

Add an new RPC, nvmf_subsystem_get_controllers to retrieve the list
