7a374fbc0b nvmf: make zcopy_end void
Since spdk_bdev_zcopy_end() cannot really fail (it only fails if we pass
a bad bdev_io), we can simplify the nvmf zcopy_end functions by making
them void and always expect asynchronous completion.

d88fa8c11e nvmf: complete resubmitted requests
If a request gets resubmitted and is completed immediately (i.e. the
processing function returns SPDK_NVMF_REQUEST_EXEC_STATUS_COMPLETE), the
upper layer needs to be notified via spdk_nvmf_request_complete().

686b9984b3 nvmf: return async/complete status in bdev zcopy operations
Additionally, the NVMe completion status is now updated and the IOs are
queued if the bdev layer doesn't have enough IO descriptors.  It makes
the zcopy operations behave similarly to the other IO operations.

594ccf5a0f nvmf: rename spdk_nvmf_using_zcopy to spdk_nvmf_request_using_zcopy
It's more descriptive that way, as it's clear the function works on a
single request. Also, passing a request instead of zcopy_phase makes it
more convient to use.

1fd2af0150 nvmf/ctrlr_bdev: Set DNR bit in status for failed NVMe passthru
When NVMe passthru command (IO or admin) fails on submission (e.g. it
is not supported), set DNR bit in completion status field. There is no
sense in retrying the command in this case.

13e5be0b8d lib/nvmf: Set missing fields if OPTPERF is set
As per the nvme specs,
If OPTPERF is set to ‘1’ indicates that the fields
NPWG, NPWA, NPDG, NPDA, and NOWS are defined for this namespace and
should be used by the host for I/O optimization

Setting NPWA, NPDG, NPDA same as NPWG and NOWS same as MDTS

Fixes #2197

6cebe9d06b nvmf: Support physical block size if exposed by bdev
(Note: this patch was previously applied as b32cfc46 and then reverted
as 63642bef.)

Today the in-guest nvme device shows physical_block_size=512 even though
the backend iSCSI bdev supports physical_block_size=4K

iSCSI targets exposes physical block size using
logical_block_per_physical_block_exponent in READ_CAPACITY_16

NPWG is one of the way to let Linux nvme driver set
physical_block_size of the nvme block device.

This patch adds spdk_bdev.phys_blocklen which is updated if the iSCSI
backend exposes physical_block_size.
Later phys_blocklen is used in nvmf to set NPWG and NAWUPF to report
back during NS identity.
Linux driver uses min(nawupf, npwg) to set physical_block_size.

Similarly in scsi_bdev fill lbppbe in READ_CAP16 response
based on spdk_bdev.phys_blocklen.

Fixes #1884

2172c432cf log: simplify SPDK_LOG_REGISTER_COMPONENT
This patch removes the string from register component.
Removed are all instances in libs or hardcoded in apps.

Starting with this patch literal passed to register,
serves as name for the flag.

All instances of SPDK_LOG_* were replaced with just *
in lowercase.
No actual name change for flags occur in this patch.

Affected are SPDK_LOG_REGISTER_COMPONENT() and
SPDK_*LOG() macros.

62649a7d7b lib/nvmf: Support custom admin cmd handler for abort
The new abort functionality doesn't take custom admin cmd
handlers into account.
This commit allows setting a custom admin cmd handler
for abort that provides the ability to influence the
bdev lookup to which the abort is sent to.

ab945f32e4 nvmf: Move spdk_internal/nvmf.h to spdk/nvmf_cmd.h
This is a public header that needs to be accessible to
code outside of the SPDK project. The spdk_internal/
directory does not end up getting packaged - it's just for
headers used by multiple libraries within SPDK.

ff8a425182 nvmf: Return ACWU and NACWU values in indentify structures
For ACWU we always set value 1 because bdev holds
information specific for namespace only. This value
actually does not matter because we also set NACWU
which makes ACWU irrelevant. We set ACWU because
NVMe specs requires ACWU != 0 if fused commands
are supported.

3fa2205647 lib/nvmf: custom admin cmd handler
This commit provides the capability to install a
    custom admin command handler for NVMF.
    It can be used to implement or replace NVMe admin commands that
    are currently not handled by the NVMF subsystem.

    The handler implementation is pretty generic and the handler function
    has to figure out what to do with the command based on the bdevs
    that are configured for the subsystem.
    In cases where admin commands need to be forwarded to an NVMe bdev,
    the commit provides functions that allow access to the underlying bdev.

    There is an example handler in lib/nvmf/custom_cmd_hdlr.c.

53b92a6c18 nvme: allow setting of completion queue CDW0
This change allows setting of the NVMe completion queue
CDW0 in spdk_bdev_io_complete_nvme_status.

Before that change, handling of vendor specific NVMe IO
commands was limited since there wasn't a way to return
command specific info back to the initiator.

1c7f92f075 nvmf: Hide DIF setting of the backend bdev if DIF insert/strip is enabled
When the NVMf controller's flag dif_insert_or_strip is enabled, DIF is
inserted for write I/O and stripped for read I/O, and the corresponding
NVMe-oF initiator should not be aware of the DIF setting of the
backend bdev.

Hence this patch hides the DIF setting of the backend bdev
when the flag dif_insert_or_strip is enabled.

cf5c4a8a2e nvmf: add ptpl activated flag to Namespace
If users set the persist through power loss configuation file,
that means the Namespace has the capability to support ptpl
feature, here we added a ptpl_activated flag to indicate that
the users enable the feature or not.  Users can use Set features
or Reservation Register commands to change the value.

2b0ae30bf1 nvmf: fix segfault in case of multi-range unmap
In case of a DSM Deallocate (unmap) with multiple ranges, individual
bdev IOs are submitted for each range. If the bdev IO cannot be
allocated, the request is queued on io_wait_queue; however previously
submitted ranges may complete before memory is available for the next
range. In such a case, the completion callback will free unmap_ctx,
while the request is still queued for memory - causing a segfault
when the request is dequeued. To fix, introduce a new field tracking
the unmap ranges, and make sure the count is nonzero when the request
is queued for memory.

df99e28158 nvmf: Expose bdev's PI setting to NVMe-oF Initiator
This patch expose backend's bdev's PI setting to the corresponding
NVMe-oF Initiator by Ideintify command, and removes the check if
block size is 512 multiple.

These change enables NVMe-oF Initiator to send extended LBA payload.

0f99e7ab9e nvmf: report that namespaces may be shared
The namespaces exposed by the NVMe-oF target may be attached to multiple
(virtual) controllers at once, so we should indicate this via the
Namespace Multi-path I/O and Namespace Sharing Capabilities (NMIC) field
in the Identify Namespace data.
