The allocated size of buf is too large,i.e., 4096. And we will
have host to be assigned with buf, host = buf. But the tmp_buf (destination)
buffer is not so big. So restrict the buf size and make the vagrant happy.
The max size of conn->target_addr is MAX_TARGET_ADDR, so add additional 2 is enough
according the format to print.
The warning is:

This patch removes legacy config support in iscsi subsystem.
All options through the legacy config are already reflected in JSON.

This patch removes the string from register component.
Removed are all instances in libs or hardcoded in apps.
Starting with this patch literal passed to register,
serves as name for the flag.
All instances of SPDK_LOG_* were replaced with just *
in lowercase.
No actual name change for flags occur in this patch.
Affected are SPDK_LOG_REGISTER_COMPONENT() and
SPDK_*LOG() macros.

As written in doc/iscsi.md, typically the login redirection feature
will be used in scale out iSCSI target system, which runs multiple
SPDK iSCSI target applications.
In scale out iSCSI target system, the initial portal, the current
redirect portal, and the next redirect portal are likely to be in
different SPDK iSCSI target applications.
In this case, asynchronous logout request should be sent independently
from the iSCSI target application which has the current redirect portal.
However, we had added asynchronous logout request into the iSCSI target
application which has the next redirect portal. This idea works only
for the case that login is redirected from the initial portal to a
redirect portal.
We remove asynchronous logout request from iscsi_target_node_redirect()
in this patch, and update the corresponding help documents.
The next patch will add an new RPC to send asynchronous logout
request to all connections to the specified portal group and the
specified target.

If the portal group map of the target has a redirect portal,
iscsi_tgt_node_is_moved() fills the buffer by the redirected address
and returns true.
iscsi_op_login_check_target() calls iscsi_tgt_node_is_redirected() before
calling iscsi_tgt_node_access() because login redirection can be
checked before any or after all security check.
If iscsi_tgt_node_is_redirected() returns true, notify login redirection
to the corresponding initiator.

iscsi_tgt_node_redirect() updates redirect portal of the initial
portal iin a primary portal group for the target node.
Check if the specified portal group is a public portal group and is
mapped to the target node first.
Then if the passed IP address-port pair is NULL, clear the current
redirect setting. Public portal group and private portal group are
clearly separated and redirect portal must be chosen from a private
portal group. Hence this clear method is intuitive and simple.
If the passed IP address-port pair is not NULL, check if they are
valid, and are not in the specified portal group. Then update a
redirect portal of the portal group map.
Finally, send asynchronous logout request to all corresponding
initiators.
Besides, change allocating pg_map from malloc to calloc to initialize
redirect portal.

All redirect portals in private portal groups are temporary and so they
should be informed only by temporary login redirection response.
Then this patch changes SendTargets operation to return portals only
in primary portal groups.

Add a helper function iscsi_parse_redirect_addr() to validate the
passed IP address-port pair.
iSCSI login redirection will support only numeric IP address and
TCP port, and add AI_NUMERICSERV and AI_NUMERICHOST.
This function is almost same as nvme_tcp_parse_addr() and
nvme_rdma_parse_addr().
Besides, update error log in posix_sock_create() to use
gai_strerror(). gai_strerror() will provide more accurate
information as done by nvme_tcp_parse_addr() and nvme_rdma_parse_addr().

iSCSI login redirect will change SendTargets. To make the change
easier, factor out sending target portals from iscsi_send_tgts
into iscsi_send_tgt_portals() even if iscsi_send_tgt_portals() is
used only once.

The upcoming new feature, iSCSI login redirection will requests
connections whose portal group tag matches to logout asynchronously.
Hence add pg_tag to the second parameter of iscsi_conns_request_logout()
and iscsi_conns_request_logout() checks if conn->pg_tag is equal to
the passed pg_tag.

When there are many Target information which exceeds the data
buffer, the initiator and target can use long text responses,
but SPDK doesn't support this feature now, so here we just
report an error here, we may add this feature in following
patches.
Fix issue #1442.

Poller should return status > 0 when it did some work
(CPU was used for some time) marking its call as busy
CPU time.
Active pollers should return BUSY status only if they
did any meangful work besides checking some conditions
(e.g. processing requests, do some complicated operations).

We will be create fine name for each poller but it will need large
effort. Replacing spdk_poller_register by the macro SPDK_POLLER_REGISTER
will provide better name than function address with minimum effort.

Request logout to the initiator asynchronously when exiting the
running connection from the target.
Based on this patch, the next patch will make flushing PDUs possible
only when the connection is RUNNING (or INVALID) and remove the
tight loop in iscsi_conn_flush_pdus().
Set timeout of logout request as 30 seconds. 30 seconds is as same as
NOP timeout and will be reasonable for now.
Add and use logout_request_timer to check the timeout.
When the connection gets internal a logout request, move the connection
to EXITING state if the connection is in INVALID state, request logout
to initiator and start 30 seconds timer if the connection is in RUNNING
state and logout is not requested yet, or do nothing otherwise.

ago but had not been used yet. Portal group and its portals can be
removed dynamically even if there is any binded connection. Using
cached pg_tag will avoid potential errors.

Using malloc'ed string for string in iSCSI target has caused
scan-build error.
Maximum size of target name is already defined to be MAX_TARGET_NAME,
and hence use fixed size string whose size is MAX_TARGET_NAME + 1 for
spdk_iscsi_tgt_node::name.
Change psdk_iscsi_tgt_node::alias together.
This change will reduce the potential malloc failure.

This is the end of the patch series. After this patch,
delete_target_node RPC will wait for the completion of
removal of the SCSI device and then free the iSCSI target.
SCSI device holds passed callback and calls it in free_dev().
free_dev() is ensured to be called after all iSCSI sessions
are closed. So iSCSI target resource can be freed safely
after that.

This patch changes iscsi_tgt_node_destruct to be asynchronous.
spdk_iscsi_shutdown_tgt_node_by_name() uses the callback
provided by iscsi_tgt_node_destruct(), but
spdk_iscsi_shutdown_tgt_nodes() doesn't use it.
The reason is that during shutdown all sessions are terminated
already, and spdk_iscsi_shutdown_tgt_nodes() doesn't need to
wait for the completion of iscsi_tgt_node_destruct() by using
the callback. iscsi_tgt_node_destruct() will complete immediately
in this case.
spdk_scsi_dev_destruct() is not asynchronized yet and so
iscsi_tgt_node_destruct() calls its callback directly in this patch.
The next patch will replace the call.

rpc_delete_target_node_done() and its context to
spdk_iscsi_shutdown_tgt_node_by_name().
iscsi_tgt_node_destruct() is not asynchronized yet and so
spdk_iscsi_shutdown_tgt_node_by_name() calls the callback
passed from the caller directly for now.
The next patch will replace the call.

When any iSCSI target is destructed, if the target exits all corresponding
connections first, destructing SCSI device will be easier.
Hence, iscsi_tgt_node_destruct() starts exiting all corresponding
connections. Then it destructs SCSI device immediately if no active
active connections, or waits for the completion if there is any
active connection for the target.

Add the flag destructed to struct spdk_iscsi_tgt_node and
iscsi_op_login_check_target() refers it and returns
ISCSI_LOGIN_TARGET_REMOVED if it is true.
When destructing iSCSI target node, it will be nice if iSCSI library
can stop further connections are created but, connections are not
associated with any target node until processing login. Hence stop
creating sessions instead.
Additionally, when destructing iSCSI target node, if the flag destructed
is already set, return immediately, and the flag destructed does not
affect discovery session.

iSCSI mutex had guarded both unregister operation and destruct
operation in a single critical region in spdk_iscsi_shutdown_tgt_nodes
and spdk_iscsi_shutdown_tgt_node_by_name.
Subsequent patches will separate unregister operation and
destruct operation, and so this patch separates critical region of
unregister operation and destruct operation.

Subsequent patches will make iSCSI target possible to wait for
completion of SCSI device destruction by using callback.
This patch moves spdk_scsi_dev_destruct() before starting to
free iSCSI target node resource as a preparation.

iSCSI library had used the prefix spdk_ for most functions regardless
of private or public. Using the prefix spdk_ only for public functions
will be helpful to distinguish private and public functions, and
will be helpful to investigate issues or do further improvement.
Besides in iscsi.c static variable spdk_arc4random_initialized had
the prefix spdk_, and change it to g_arc4random_initialized according
to the SPDK's good practice.
iSCSI library still have some issues but is more stable than before
and now will be the good time to adjust the naming rule to other
libraries.
This patch doesn't change any behavior.

This direct call of LUN reset has caused unexpected behavior
during heavy stress test.
Apply correct LUN reset handling for this case too.
Even if there are multiple LUNs, LUN resets are serialized in
the SCSI layer by previous patches and parallel calls of LUN resets
will not cause any issue.

By subsequent patches for iSCSI, spdk_scsi_dev_queue_mgmt_task()
will not be called directly from the function that knows TMF code,
and currently setting TMF code to SCSI task is done in
spdk_scsi_dev_queue_mgmt_task().
Hence after subsequent patches for iSCSI, to hand off TMF code to
SCSI task, any dynamic context will be required.
To avoid the dynamic context, extract setting TMF code from
spdk_scsi_dev_queue_mgmt_task() and put appropriate place for
each call of spdk_scsi_dev_queue_mgmt_task().
Additionally, in spdk_abort_transfer_task_in_task_mgmt_resp(),
ref_task_tag is got from PDU but getting it from SCSI task is
much easier. Hence get ref_task_tag from SCSI task in the callback.

According to the RFC3720, the length of initiator name and
target name should not larger than 223 bytes, while here,
add a check for initiator/target name.

An new RPC set_iscsi_target_node_auth enables users to configure CHAP
authentication for the target node dynamically.
New setting is used for new iSCSI sessions. For existing iSCSI sessions,
new setting is not used until user logout and login again.
Try to use descriptive message in the RPC when error occurs.
