047c067c05 so_ver: increase all major versions
To allow SO_MINOR updates on LTS for the whole year it is supported,
the major version for all components needs to be increased.
This is to prevent scenario where two versions exists with matching
versions, but conflicting ABI.
Ex. Next SPDK release adds an API call increasing the minor version,
then LTS needs just a subset of those additions.

Increasing major so version after LTS, allows the future releases
to update versions as needed. Yet allowing LTS to increase minor
version separately.

Disabled test for increasing SO version without ABI change, as
that is goal of this patch. This check shall be removed with SPDK 22.05
release.

This patch:
- increases SO_VER by 1 for all components
- resets SO_MINOR to 0 for all components
- removes suppressions for ABI tests

2bb8a83e0a bdev/malloc: complete requests through poller
Requests that are completed immediately (i.e. those not using the accel
engine) are now queued and their completion is delayed to the completion
poller. It ensures that they're not completed from the context of a
submission, which gets rid of an spdk_thread_send_msg() call.

It significantly improves performance on some workloads. For instance,
4k zcopy reads (queue depth 128) on an malloc bdev exposed through
NVMe/TCP went from 204k IOPS to 485k IOPS.

0a49fbd241 bdev/malloc: completion poller
This poller is registered on each IO channel and can be used to schedule

98fde363f3 module/malloc: remove legacy config support
This patch removes legacy config support in malloc bdev module.
All options through the legacy config are already reflected in JSON.

Note that malloc_disk_count needs to be reset for each module initialization.
Otherwise for cases where bdev submodule is reinitialized, the count in
malloc names would grow. This should be addressed separately by making name
parameter required, rather than optional. Which is the case for most (all?)
of the other bdev modules.

ed071dd9f9 build: cleanup LOCAL_SYS_LIBS for uuid
LOCAL_SYS_LIBS is meant to define *direct* system

is directly used by the SPDK util library and then
other SPDK libraries use uuid indirectly through

So only the util library should include uuid in

ee7e31f9ae lib/accel: remove the need for the app to allocate an accel_task
This was sort of a clunky interface requiring a couple of inline
functions in every app that wants to use the accel_fw moving
forward. By having the accel_fw public API accept a callback arg
instead of an accel_task combined with adding a pool of accel_tasks
in the accel_fw engine we can eliminate this.

After changing the parm to a cb_arg, changes were made to all accel_fw
interfaces to put cb_fn and cb_arg as the last parms in public and
private function calls.

Related bdev_malloc changes need to be in this patch in order to pass CI.
