The stub application will ensure that each
nvmf test does not need to reinitialized DPDK
memory and NVMe devices. This drastically
cuts down on the amount of time needed to run
all of the nvmf tests.

Newer versions of nvme-cli return a non-zero status from the disconnect
command when it is successful. Catch this in the test scripts so that
the tests don't consider this a failure.
