Under CI's phy systems, there are nvme namespace devices which are
== 2GB in size. This require some overhead as the test creates two
partitions 1GB each + the partition table.

per Intel policy to include file commit date using git cmd
below. The policy does not apply to non-Intel (C) notices.
git log --follow -C90% --format=%ad --date default <file> | tail -1
and then pull just the year from the result.
Intel copyrights were not added to files where Intel either had
no contribution ot the contribution lacked substance (ie license
header updates, formatting changes, etc)
For intel copyrights added, --follow and -C95% were used.

This is done to make sure we don't miss more complex setups where
target devices are not mounted but still hold some valid data that
shouldn't be touched in any way.
Also, adjust function names so they clearly indicate what is being
checked.

Our tests, especially those which use nvme block devices for various
use-cases, won't be able to perform successful IO on such devices.
The idea is to skip them for now and introduce basic, dedicated,
tests for zoned nvmes in oncoming patches.

As far as we're aware, this is not in use by anyone. OCSSD has largely
been replaced by ZNS and no OCSSD drives made it to the market.

It seems some versions of blkid report improper atari as an installed
partition table on devices filled with random data. Ignore that case
for now so the tests are able to find usuable nvme device.

nvme_mount - basic test verifying if setup.sh sees mounted nvme
devices (either partitions or the entire drive).
lvm_mount - test verifying if setup.sh sees nvme devices when
they are part of dm setup.
