fb4398ef4b nvmf: Correct the error path of transport creation.
An error might occur after succesful transport creation
when the new transport is added to nvmf poll groups, e.g.
in nvmf_transport_poll_group_create. In that case
transport is not detroyed and poll groups are not fully
functional. To correct this behaviour, destroy transport if
spdk_nvmf_tgt_add_transport fails. Also update nvmf_tgt
initialization step to check that all poll groups were
created.

38a30da5bd nvmf: accepts new parameter to set poll groups mask
Parses and verifies hexadecimal cpu bit mask specified by the user.
Added verification to check for cpu cores range, making sure poll groups cores
assigned within the range of cpu cores allocated for the application.

RPC nvmf_set_config now takes an argument to configure ‘poll groups’,
a new parameter for NVMf subsystem. This parameter sets a CPU mask
to spawn threads which run an event loop for a ‘poll group’.

3a0f624499 nvmf: add USDT probes for subsystem state changes
Also add scripts/bpf/nvmf.bt to enable and log these
probes.

This patch also adds a script that can generate
a bpftrace script snippet with string maps for
needed enumerations (currently nvmf_tgt_state and
spdk_nvmf_subsystem_state). This allows us to
dynamically generate this from the source code, and
can be extended for other enums we may want to
add in the future.

Thanks to Michal Berger for converting my original

47c4304d83 subsystem/nvmf: remove cpu_mask hint when creating poll group
Passing cpu_mask hints that match only single core were
usefull to prevent any accidents when doing round-robin
in case of 'static' scheduler.
In practice this is not required in case of 'static' scheduler,
the threads will be spread out over all reactors anyway.

This hinders other schedulers which try to respect the cpu_mask
hints, as they would not move the thread to any reactor.
Preventing bunching up less used threads on single reactor.

Drawback of this patch is that poll group names will not match
the cores they are on.

e4070ee0e0 so_ver: increase all major versions
To allow SO_MINOR updates on LTS for the whole year it is supported,
the major version for all components needs to be increased.
This is to prevent scenario where two versions exists with matching
versions, but conflicting ABI.
Ex. Next SPDK release adds an API call increasing the minor version,
then LTS needs just a subset of those additions.

Increasing major so version after LTS, allows the quarterly releases
to update versions as needed. Yet allowing LTS to increase minor
version separately.

Disabled test for increasing SO version without ABI change, as
that is goal of this patch. This check shall be removed with SPDK 21.04
release.

This patch:
- increases SO_VER by 1 for all components
- resets SO_MINOR to 0 for all components
- removes suppressions for ABI tests

dbc7e89f58 subsystem/nvmf: remove legacy config support
This patch removes legacy config support in nvmf subsystem.
All options through the legacy config are already reflected in JSON.

Since the step in target initialization no longer does config
parsing, it was renamed appropriately.

There is no longer a need to delay this step via send msg,
since no callback is used.

c3dd7e10a7 subsystem/nvmf: move target creation out of conf.c
This is a step to prepare for deletion of conf.c.

NVMe-oF target application always creates the default 'nvmf_tgt'.
This was done as part of legacy configuration parsing, but does
not belong there at all.

Acceptor poll rate and max subsystems are set via RPC before this
step, or via legacy config. Since this patch creates target before
parsing the config, options defined there no longer change the target.

Parsing of legacy config will be removed further down the series,
so no need to refactor to keep the original functionality.

6caba3e63b subsystem/nvmf: define spdk_nvmf_tgt_conf in subsystem
This is a step to prepare for deletion of conf.c.

spdk_nvmf_tgt_conf was allocated either by RPC or legacy config.

RPC still had to to allocate that because settings for subsystem

This patch removed both allocations and just defines that in the
subsystem. nvmf_set_config RPC can now be called multiple times,
only overwritting values that were passed.

f766d1e478 nvmf: let transports parse transport opts from JSON themselves
There are more transport on the way and we don't want to add
all their various opts into the single, generic structure.
We'll pass the JSON structure to transports instead. Then
the transport code can custom pull from the JSON any param
it wants.

To complement that, transports will now also have their own
JSON config dump callback. This was only done in the generic
nvmf.c so far, with conditions for RDMA and TCP.

631bdfe0f2 nvmf_tgt: Create and terminate poll group threads dynamically
At startup, use g_num_poll_groups and spdk_env_get_core_count()
to detect completion and move to the next state. By returning
completion message to the init thread, we can avoid using any
atomic operation.

At shutdown, the last patch did most of the necessary change.
This patch adds spdk_thread_exit() to the callback.

To maintain the original behavior, number of threads created is
the number of cores that SPDK app uses.

4e23653592 nvmf_tgt: Detect completion of poll group destroy at shutdown
Previously NVMe-oF target had requested each thread to destroy
its poll group, but had moved to the next state without waiting
for completion.

To create and destroy poll group threads dynamically, NVMe-oF
target have to know the completion of poll group destroy.

The reason is as follows.

spdk_thread_exit() requires that each poll group thread to unregister
its pollers, but poller unregistration is done asynchronously, and
releaes its I/O channels, but I/O channel release is done
asynchronously.

This patch does the following.

To avoid using mutex, add the init thread.

spdk_for_each_thread() requires completion callback but the
completion callback is usable only if each message handler is
synchronous. spdk_nvmf_poll_group_destroy() is asynchronous now.
So replace spdk_for_each_thread() by parsing g_poll_groups and
sending message to each corresonding thread.

Then add comletion callback nvmf_tgt_destroy_poll_group_done() to
spdk_nvmf_poll_group_destroy().

nvmf_tgt_destroy_poll_group_done() sends message to the init
thread.

The init thread executes _nvmf_tgt_destroy_poll_group_done().
_nvmf_tgt_destroy_poll_group_done() decrements g_num_poll_groups
and move to the next state if it becomes zero.

2fa51eeb46 lib/nvmf: Make spdk_nvmf_poll_group_destroy() asynchronous
The next patch will create poll group threads dynamically for
NVMe-oF target, and will need to wait for completion of poll group and
I/O channel destroy. This is a preparation for the next patch.

Add callback function and its argument to spdk_nvmf_poll_group_destroy(),
and to struct spdk_nvmf_poll_group, respectively.

The callback has not only cb_arg but also status as its parameters even
if the next patch always sets the status to zero. The reason is to follow
spdk_nvmf_tgt_destroy's callback and to process any case that the status
is nonzero in future.

spdk_nvmf_poll_group_destroy() sets the passed callback to the passed
poll group.

Then spdk_nvmf_tgt_destroy_poll_group() calls the held callback in the
end.

This change will ensure all pollers are being unregistered and
all I/O channels are being released.

3fa2205647 lib/nvmf: custom admin cmd handler
This commit provides the capability to install a
custom admin command handler for NVMF.
It can be used to implement or replace NVMe admin commands that
are currently not handled by the NVMF subsystem.

The handler implementation is pretty generic and the handler function
has to figure out what to do with the command based on the bdevs
that are configured for the subsystem.
In cases where admin commands need to be forwarded to an NVMe bdev,
the commit provides functions that allow access to the underlying bdev.

There is an example handler in lib/nvmf/custom_cmd_hdlr.c.
