Klocwork filtered it out that there is a dereference

This patch makes use of async_fini_start flag to
make fini_start asynchronous.
During this time all lvol stores which have no open
lvols are unloaded. This is required, since lvs
holds claim on the underlying bdev.

Once bdev finish starts, bdev unregister is called on all
unclaimed bdevs. This means that for lvs with at least one
lvol present, there will be a corresponding bdev unregister.
Yet the vbdev_lvol module does not attempt to unload the lvs,
once last lvol from that lvs is unregistered. Leaving
the base bdev for lvs claimed.
This patch fixes that by using fini_start callback from
bdev_module to mark when shutdown begins. After that
last lvol unregistered on lvs will unload it.
Expanded struct lvol_bdev to contain lvol_store_bdev.
Closing the lvol will free spdk_lvol, so lvol->lvol_store cannot
be accessed.
Changed ut_lvol_destroy UT to ut_bdev_finish. Previous UT didn't
really test vbdev_lvol_destroy, but 'hotremove' of the lvol bdev.
In effect there is no hotremove of the lvol bdevs (only lvs bdev).
spdk_bdev_unregister() can only be called from within vbdev_lvol,
or during bdev module finish.
This UT will now check the bdev module finish.
Note that at this point lvs with no lvols will not trigger
lvs unload. Next patches in series will introduce async fini_start,
to allow for the unload.

Use the macros for red black tree provided by Free BSD to speed up bdev
name lookup in spdk_bdev_get_by_name().
In the bdev_multi_allocation test, we can get 3x ~ 5x speed up when
creating multiple bdevs for various bdev nums.

To allow SO_MINOR updates on LTS for the whole year it is supported,
the major version for all components needs to be increased.
This is to prevent scenario where two versions exists with matching
versions, but conflicting ABI.
Ex. Next SPDK release adds an API call increasing the minor version,
then LTS needs just a subset of those additions.
Increasing major so version after LTS, allows the quarterly releases
to update versions as needed. Yet allowing LTS to increase minor
version separately.
Disabled test for increasing SO version without ABI change, as
that is goal of this patch. This check shall be removed with SPDK 21.04
release.
This patch:
- increases SO_VER by 1 for all components
- resets SO_MINOR to 0 for all components
- removes suppressions for ABI tests

This patch removes the string from register component.
Removed are all instances in libs or hardcoded in apps.
Starting with this patch literal passed to register,
serves as name for the flag.
All instances of SPDK_LOG_* were replaced with just *
in lowercase.
No actual name change for flags occur in this patch.
Affected are SPDK_LOG_REGISTER_COMPONENT() and
SPDK_*LOG() macros.

LOCAL_SYS_LIBS is meant to define *direct* system
library dependencies for a given library. libuuid
is directly used by the SPDK util library and then
other SPDK libraries use uuid indirectly through
util.
So only the util library should include uuid in
LOCAL_SYS_LIBS.

Bdev underneath lvs has a certain value set as block size,
then lvolstore inherits that as `io_unit_size`,
which ends up as block size for the lvol bdev presents.
Before this patch lvs on device with block size of 512,
would create lvol bdev with block size of 512.
Meanwhile reporting in bdev_lvol_get_lvstores(),
that block_size is 4k instead.
This was result of addition of io_unit_size and
forgetting to update the value here. Previously
only I/O of page_size was allowed.
This patch adjusts the value reported to
io_unit_size.
Alternatively it could have been removed,
or name changed to "io_unit_size".
Yet for API compatibility reason this name
remains.
Info on actual page size which is always 4k,
is not useful to bdev users. No need to add
another field for that.

There is no point in setting this value on submission
and changing it on callback.
Since it is based on blob bserrno.
lvol_task is removed in next patch.
This change was motivated by lvol_op_comp() accessing
the task->status pointer on hot path for I/O.
There is no need to do so, so just pass status.
