This will make the object relationship cleaner and the asynchronous
detach operation easier to implement.

Add a new sample application to test I/O abort for NVMe backend,
both PCIe and over Fabrics. And enable it to test pool by NVMe-oF
+ delay bdev + malloc bdev.
