bdev/nvme: Replace linked list, nvme_ns->bdevs, by pointer, nvme_ns->bdev
By the recent changes, the linked list nvme_ns->bdevs has only a single bdev at the maximum. Hence replace it by the pointer nvme_ns->bdev, and remove the linked list pointer nvme_bdev->tailq.
