lib/iscsi: Delete unused match_digest_word() and make_digest_word()
In iSCSI library, macro MATCH_DIGEST_WORD() and MAKE_DIGEST_WORD() have been used instead of match_digest_word() and make_digest_word(). The latter has not been used for a long time. Hence remove them.
