bdev/raid: Use raid_io as a pointer to raid_bdev_io throughout
to hold a pointer to the struct raid_bdev_io, raid_bdev_io had been used throughout. Using struct name as is may be error prone. raid_io may be sufficiently descriptive and fit other bdev modules.
