bdev/nvme: Inline detach_bdev_from_ns() and attach_bdev_to_ns()
Object structure will be different after introducing subsystem. Let's inline nvme_bdev_attach_bdev_to_ns() and nvme_bdev_detach_bdev_from_ns() as a preparation.
