iscsi: Handle spdk_get_pdu() failure in spdk_iscsi_op_nopout()

Browse Source 
Prepares spdk_iscsi_op_nopout() to handle the case where
spdk_get_pdu() will return NULL in a future patch instead
of abort()'ing.
