bdev/rbd: Simplify the read/write.
We can use rbd_aio_readv and rbd_aio_writev to simplify the code. Since it rbd_aio_readv/rbd_aio_writev are supported more than 2 years, so can replace rbd_aio_read/write without using "ifdef".
