bdev/nvme: Register nvme_bdev_ctrlr to the argument of the timeout callback
This change removes the necessity to get nvme_bdev_ctrlr by calling nvme_bdev_ctrlr_get_by_name() and simplifies the code. bdev_nvme_reset() checks if nvme_bdev_ctrlr->destruct is false first. Hence we will not degrade stability.
