test/lvol: use python decorators to show the case message

Use python decorators to replace the header
and footer functions.
It's more convenient for printing the message
When add new case only need to use the @case_message
before the def test_casex(self):
Don't need add the header() and footer() functions in test_casex()
function and don't need pass the number.
